Yesterday, my wife and I successfully walked around 3 hours, which I attribute to be about 6 miles. This is a huge accomplishment for me. I usually sit around the house watching TV or complaining about other lazy people. I’ve listened to John Medinas talk on how important it is for the brain to have an active body. Since I try to program on the computer, I have found this to be very true. Hiking is a programmers true freind. I know some of those young guys can sit in a basement all day and program without any exercise, but I need more. (needs editing)
